Qualifications

• 5-10 years in a facilities maintenance supervision role.
• Hands-on technical background in MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
• Experience managing an in-house team of multi-skilled engineers.
• Proficient in using CAFM systems for work order management and reporting.
• Relevant technical qualifications (City & Guilds, HNC/HND) are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and lead the site-based engineering team to deliver all maintenance and repair services per the contract.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team to foster skill development.
• Maintain minimum staffing levels and arrange shift coverage, including out-of-hours emergency support.
• Champion a Safe First culture and ensure adherence to safety rules during maintenance activities.
• Deliver monthly toolbox talks and safety awareness programs.
