Job summary

Integral UK LTD is seeking an Account Manager with a detailed technical understanding of installed MEP systems and strong leadership to drive day-to-day engineering activities. You will coach the team, manage specialist vendors, and ensure compliance with contract requirements and statutory regulations.

Reporting on quality and financial performance, you will contribute to business development and service delivery, while maintaining high levels of customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Critical Environments such as Banking HQ or Data Centres.
• Electrical/Mechanical Engineering HNC or HND (apprenticeship acceptable).
• C&G Pts. 1 & 2 or equivalent.
• 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation.
• IOSH Managing Safely (or NEBOSH equivalent).
• Excellent communication and ability to lead a small team of engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering team to deliver contractually required outcomes including MEP Specialists.
• Operate facility systems competently, including HV/LV switching; recommend improvements and produce reports.
• Ensure technical/operational compliance with statutory regulations and SLAs.
• Coordinate Specialist Vendor visits per X-Plans/Corrigo Schedules with Change Management.
• Manage CMMS for MEP PPM, Reactive and Corrective work orders; monitor performance.
• Attend client meetings and produce monthly/quarterly engineering reports.
• Own engineering risk register and asset reliability reporting.
• Assess competencies and plan succession; ensure staffing of competent teams.
• Escalate Specialist Vendor performance issues when needed.
• Communicate technical/legislative updates to the engineering team.
• Support on-call and emergency MEP response.
• Oversee financial performance and opportunity development for the account.
