Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to act as the primary technical contact for customers, guiding onboarding, connectivity and readiness while ensuring successful adoption of services.

You will collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations and Client Services to coordinate activities, deliver high-quality support, and build lasting relationships with member firms, vendors and data providers in a fast-paced financial environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing technical role such as Technical Account Management or Technical Support.
• Understanding of electronic trading technologies and connectivity solutions.
• Knowledge of financial markets and market data services.

Responsibilities

• Support Technical Account Managers in delivering high-quality service across onboarding and readiness.
• Provide functional guidance and coordinate customer onboarding, connectivity, testing and readiness activities.
• Produce customer-facing communications, including technical guidance and project briefings.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Project Management, Network and Support teams to implement market and system changes.
