Job description

Technical Account Manager, Dublin (English & Spanish speaker)

Duration: Permanent

Location: Dublin

Start: ASAP

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager responsible for ensuring successful pitching, implementation, usage, and operations of our Enterprise Solution Product suite. The candidate must be comfortable with technical discussions and collaborating across teams including sales, product, and operations.

Who You Are:
  1. Support sales and B2B customers with pre- and post-sales activities such as demos, technical guidance, onboarding, issue resolution, and product adoption (including MMS and API).
  2. Drive product adoption, usage, and retention.
  3. Act as a customer advocate, suggesting product improvements and working with the PM/PO team.
  4. Assist sales in closing deals and renewals.
  5. Deploy product solutions and train customers.
  6. Solve customer issues and review workflows for simplification.
  7. Manage day-to-day customer service related to Getty Images' hosted digital asset management solutions, APIs, and platform tools.
  8. Communicate technical and non-technical information effectively, manage configurations, integrations, and training, and demonstrate product knowledge and technical skills.
Your Next Challenge:
  1. Serve as a key contact for customer integrations across all GI products and services.
  2. Advocate for customers to improve product use and support business goals.
  3. Maintain expertise in Getty Images Enterprise Solutions.
  4. Support sales teams in growing key accounts and mid-market customers.
  5. Promote product adoption through training and outreach.
  6. Collaborate with product teams to improve adoption barriers and processes.
  7. Support standardization for scalable enterprise operations.
  8. Manage risks, scope, and customer expectations.
  9. Report system issues and feature requests, liaise with development teams, and communicate resolutions.
  10. Monitor product utilization, provide reports, and help expand usage.
  11. Assist clients with production services like asset uploading and organization.
  12. Some travel may be required.
What You’ll Need:
  1. 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  2. Experience with enterprise product consulting, integration, and industry best practices.
  3. Knowledge of enterprise workflows, integration technologies, security, and asset management.
  4. Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  5. Passion for learning new technologies and pushing technological boundaries.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  7. Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  8. Business proficiency in Spanish and English; additional European languages are a plus.
Nice To Have:
  1. Familiarity with DAM solutions, image licensing, metadata, API integrations, and working with product teams.
  2. Experience with technical enterprise solutions and client-facing integrations.
