Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in London is seeking an Associate Technology Recruiter to source top tech talent across Software, Data and Cloud roles. You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment and manage senior stakeholder relationships to support business growth.

You will design sourcing strategies, partner with HR and hiring managers, and provide market insights to inform decisions. The role offers exposure to a world-class technology organization and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• In-house recruitment experience for high-tech roles in a fast-paced environment.
• 360 recruitment experience.
• Develop creative and diverse sourcing strategies.
• Solid project management and reporting skills addressing complex situations and priorities.
• Excellent communication, organization, negotiation, and presentation skills, including influencing senior management.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to establish relationships with candidates, hiring managers and HR colleagues.
• Strong knowledge of candidate tracking, employment systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as recruitment subject matter expert to design and develop meaningful recruiting strategies based on understanding of the market.
• Support candidates through the recruitment journey, end to end.
• Serve as the contact for lateral recruiting for HR Partners, Compensation, and other HR Specialists for Technology in London.
• Share knowledge of competitor institutions and present market data to inform hiring decisions.
• Partner with sourcing experts to maximise sourcing capabilities and candidate pools.
• Respond to ad-hoc requests from global recruiting leads and senior HR partners; collaborate with team leads to deliver staffing initiatives and reports.
