Qualifications

• Three years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or related environments.
• Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving with data triangulation.
• Excellent executive communication and concise written English.
• Advanced PowerPoint and strong Excel skills for analysis and modeling.
• Financial and data acumen, comfortable with budget, headcount, and cost data.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• High ownership and comfort with ambiguity; strong attention to detail.
• Undergraduate degree required.

Responsibilities

• Define and structure ambiguous, cross-functional problems into clear statements and actionable recommendations.
• Execute quantitative and qualitative analysis across multiple data sources, documenting assumptions and implications.
• Build executive-ready presentations and memos with clear messaging and explicit recommendations.
• Develop insight across delivery, investment, resourcing, risks, and dependencies with KPI-based reporting.
• Maintain data quality for management reviews, technology deep dives, and planning cycles.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Risk & Control, and Markets Tech teams to drive priorities and actions.
• Produce insights on organizational shape, health, and location strategy with key metrics.
• Support senior leadership forums by shaping agendas and capturing decisions.
