Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London is seeking a Senior Associate Sourcer to partner with Recruiters and senior stakeholders to build high-quality talent pipelines and deliver market intelligence shaping hiring strategy across Global Payments.

You will own front-end research, talent mapping, outreach, and pipeline development for critical roles, using a data-driven, consultative approach to engage passive candidates and support effective hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a corporate or agency sourcing/talent research environment
• Expertise in talent mapping and name generation for technical/professional roles
• Proven ability to attract and engage passive talent through tailored messaging and relationship management
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and high volumes
• Excellent stakeholder management, comfortable partnering with senior Hiring Managers and Recruiters
• Data-driven with strong pipeline tracking and controls
• Discretion and professionalism handling sensitive information
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication with executive presence

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for priority roles across Global Payments by developing proactive sourcing strategies
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to inform recruiting strategy and calibration conversations
• Identify and engage passive candidates via multiple channels with tailored messaging
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to translate needs into actionable sourcing plans
• Drive candidate outreach and engagement with frequent, timely communication and early-stage screening handoffs
• Provide market intelligence and insights to improve search outcomes
• Support screening activities and deliver succinct candidate summaries to Recruiters/Hiring Managers
• Track pipeline activity, outreach results, and funnel conversion; adjust strategy based on data
