Qualifications

• In-house recruitment experience for high-tech roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for technology roles across multiple locations within EMEA.
• Proven ability to design meaningful recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a recruitment subject matter expert to design and develop meaningful recruiting strategies based on market understanding.
• Support candidates through the recruitment journey, end to end
• Serve as the contact for lateral recruiting for HR Business Partners, Compensation, and other HR Specialists for Technology in London.
• Share knowledge of competitor institutions and present market data to inform hiring decisions.
