Man Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate (Technology) for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London. This role supports the team by sourcing and engaging candidates, assisting hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience within a technology-focused hiring function.

You will learn to use Greenhouse, participate in intake meetings, and help build a diverse talent pipeline while developing recruiting skills in a global investment management firm.

Formación

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience in technology hiring.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Candidate-centric mindset with strong sourcing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional approach.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in sourcing and engaging candidates for technology roles.
• Support hiring managers and participate in intake meetings with managers.
• Write and post job descriptions under supervision, ensuring inclusivity.
• Conduct initial outreach to candidates via LinkedIn and job boards.
• Build a pipeline for junior roles and flag potential matches.
• Schedule interviews, send confirmations, and provide status updates.
• Learn and use ATS to track data and generate basic reports.
• Support DEI–focused sourcing and reduce reliance on agencies.
