Job summary

Man Group, a global investment management firm headquartered in London, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate for a 24‑month fixed‑term contract. You will support sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement while learning the end‑to‑end recruitment process within a tech‑enabled, DEI‑focused environment.

You will partner with Senior Talent Acquisition colleagues, learn to use Greenhouse, and help drive a cost‑effective, candidate‑centric hiring approach.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of talent acquisition experience or coordinating experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and a willingness to learn applicant tracking systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, professional and approachable.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with guidance.
• Self-starter with growth mindset and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Talent Acquisition team members in understanding hiring needs and strategies.
• Shadow team members to learn sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
• Write and post job descriptions under supervision.
• Coordinate initial outreach to candidates via LinkedIn and job boards.
• Build a pipeline for junior roles and flag matches to senior members.
• Schedule interviews, send confirmations, and provide status updates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations.
