In this 24-month fixed-term role with flexible working arrangements, you will partner with senior team members, write job descriptions, conduct outreach, and help build a diverse candidate pipeline using ATS like Greenhouse.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of talent acquisition experience; eager to learn.
• Familiar with MS Office; willing to learn ATS and sourcing platforms.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with guided prioritization.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.
• Growth mindset; proactive and self-starting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior TA to understand hiring needs and strategies.
• Shadow team to learn sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
• Assist in writing and posting inclusive job descriptions.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach via LinkedIn and job boards.
• Build a pipeline for junior roles and learn sourcing tools.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and providing status updates.
• Learn to use ATS (Greenhouse) and maintain data quality.
• Support reporting by pulling basic ATS reports.
• Embed DEI principles into sourcing and evaluation.
