Preply is scaling its Engineering hiring and building a high-caliber Talent Acquisition function. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager - Tech to lead a team of TA Partners, own complex engineering searches, and translate workforce plans into hiring priorities across global hubs.

You will partner with TA Leadership, Engineering Directors, VPs, and our CTO to design smart hiring strategies and scalable processes that deliver speed, quality, and impact at scale.

Qualifications

• Expert-level engineering recruiting craft with end-to-end search experience.
• Experience partnering with senior technical stakeholders (CTO/VPs) to translate priorities into hiring plans.
• Proven ability to scale hiring processes and improve pipeline quality.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engineering hiring across hubs; set priorities and strategy.
• Directly manage a team of TA Partners; mentor and coach on search strategy.
• Drive hiring outcomes across technical domains and hubs; take accountability for progress.
• Build and optimize hiring processes; improve speed and quality of hires.
• Lead weekly hiring rhythm with data, metrics, and calibration sessions.
• Flag risks early and collaborate with cross-functional partners to keep hiring moving.
• Lead top-of-funnel strategy for engineering; map talent and build pipelines.
• Raise hiring bar and consistency across interviewer groups.
• Elevate TA craft with focus on candidate experience and business understanding.
