Job summary

Ideals is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to shape strategy and lead a global TA function. You’ll report to the CEO, align hiring with revenue targets, and drive AI-enabled automation while preserving high-quality hires.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Talent Acquisition leadership with 2nd-line management experience.
• Experience guiding companies through rapid scale and growth.
• Knowledge of ATS, sourcing and outreach tools.
• Expert-level candidate assessment and selection with consistent processes.
• Ability to extract actionable insights from data using tech.
• Fluent English (C1+) and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the TA function and translate data into executive-level insight.
• Lead 6 managers and their teams across recruitment, sourcing, Employer Brand and Operations with a coaching approach.
• Review and enhance the recruitment lifecycle through process improvement and automation.
• Advocate for an excellent candidate experience with a fair and inclusive process.
• Collaborate with the Executive team, People Ops, and Legal to align hiring with business goals.
• Contribute to global growth trajectory and strategic expansion across regions.
• Own the delivery of measurable TA impact including time-to-hire, quality of hire and AI adoption.
