Job summary

Preply is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Engineering to lead end-to-end hiring for our most senior and niche tech roles. You will partner with Engineering Directors, VPs and Hiring Managers, shape hiring strategies, and raise the bar for sourcing and assessment in a fast-growing, AI-enhanced learning platform.

This is an individual contributor role requiring 7+ years of technical recruiting experience, a data-driven mindset, and a collaborative, high-ambition approach.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience recruiting for Engineering roles at scale.
• Experience partnering with senior engineering leaders and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of high-bar, selective hiring and calibration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end complex engineering searches for senior roles.
• Partner with Engineering Directors, VPs and Hiring Managers to shape hiring strategies.
• Source actively with targeted campaigns for passive senior talent.
• Bring data to decisions: track funnel metrics and time-to-hire.
• Contribute to calibration, scorecards, and interview training.
• Coach peers and raise the bar across the engineering hiring function.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience for a selective talent pool.
