Job summary

Via is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Partner, Engineering to shape our technical leadership pipeline across global engineering and product teams. You will own the sourcing strategy, build proactive pipelines in London and across Europe, and partner with engineering managers to design rigorous interview processes that identify great engineers.

You'll move fast, operate with autonomy, and elevate candidate experience while shaping Via's engineering culture at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in a technical recruiting role, with a track record of sourcing and closing top-tier software engineers.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and how engineering teams operate; you don't need to be an engineer, but you need to speak the language credibly.
• Exceptionally smart, gritty, and resourceful; ability to think on your feet and get things done.
• Naturally curious and eager to learn, contribute ideas, not just execute.

Responsibilities

• Own the full hiring strategy for your teams, focusing on London and broader European talent markets.
• Partner with engineering managers, tech leads, and product leaders to shape rigorous, fair processes.
• Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines reflecting both the market and Via's future needs.
• Run fast, thoughtful recruiting processes that deliver great candidate experiences.
• Develop a sharp point of view on the technical talent market and share insights with hiring teams.
