Job summary

Beyond is seeking an Associate Technical Support Specialist (Apprentice) in Newmarket. The role is hybrid: 2 days on-site and 2 days working from home, with a 32-hour week across four days.

The apprenticeship lasts 17 months, starting with Level 3 Customer Service Specialist, including structured mentoring and protected off-the-job learning. No prior technical experience required—just a people person eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a customer-facing environment
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for integration queries with aim of first-contact resolution.
• Log, manage and respond to support requests using Zendesk per service standards.
• Collaborate with schools to arrange appointments, complete integrations and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop and nurture relationships to maximise stakeholder partnerships.
• Support stakeholders via phone, video calls and email, adapting communication as needed.
• Assist the Customer Support Services team with administrative duties and process exposure.
• Contribute to expanding the scope of existing opportunities within the team.
• Collaborate to ensure queries are resolved accurately and within agreed timeframes.
