Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customer and integration queries with a view to first-contact resolution.
• Log, manage and respond to support requests using Zendesk.
• Collaborate with schools to arrange appointments, complete integrations and troubleshoot issues.
• Support stakeholders via phone, video calls and email, adapting your communication style to different audiences.
• Assist the team with administrative duties and contribute to expanding existing opportunities.
• Work with the wider team to resolve queries accurately and within agreed timeframes.
