Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ is recruiting a Retail Advisor to guide customers through product choices, price plans and setup. You’ll demonstrate devices, assist with accessibility features and take ownership of queries to build trust.

You’ll join a close-knit retail team with two two-day induction sessions (30 hours) on product knowledge and systems, followed by ongoing coaching to grow in the role.
