Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ is seeking a Retail Advisor to guide customers in-store, helping them choose products, set up plans and understand features. You’ll build trust through excellent service and hands-on product demonstrations, while contributing to team targets and a positive shopping experience.

Expect a structured induction and ongoing coaching in a supportive retail environment, with shifts across store hours including evenings and weekends.

• Take ownership of customer queries, resolving issues and building trust.
• Work with your team to achieve store targets and high customer satisfaction.
