Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ is looking for a friendly Retail Advisor to help customers choose products and services, explain options and demonstrate features, aiming to build trust and create positive experiences. You’ll complete 2 x 2-day induction sessions (30 hours) covering product knowledge, systems and customer experience, followed by ongoing coaching to support your growth.

Responsibilities

• Help customers choose products across mobiles, tablets, SIMs, broadband and TV packages.
• Support customers in selecting the right price plan and setup for their lifestyle.
• Showcase features and accessibility tools, and explain benefits clearly.
• Take ownership of queries, resolve issues and build trust with customers.
• Collaborate with the store team to hit targets and maintain high satisfaction.
