Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is seeking a friendly Retail Advisor to help customers choose from our range of products, guide price plans and set up services. You’ll build trust through empathy, ownership and great service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll receive 13.45 GBP per hour, with induction and ongoing coaching to develop product knowledge and customer experience skills, and you’ll join a close-knit team aimed at strong customer satisfaction and store targets.

• Confidently showcase new and existing technology, demonstrating features like accessibility tools.
• Take ownership of customer queries, resolving issues and building trust.
• Work with your team to achieve store targets and strong customer satisfaction outcomes.
