Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ is seeking a Retail Advisor to help customers select products across mobile, broadband and TV while guiding price plans and setups. You’ll demonstrate devices and features, take ownership of queries and collaborate with the store team to reach targets and drive satisfaction.

The role includes induction sessions, ongoing coaching and development, with shifts across store opening hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
