Virgin Media O2 in Windsor is hiring a Retail Advisor to help customers choose from mobile, broadband, TV and more, delivering trusted guidance and friendly service. You’ll receive induction sessions, ongoing coaching, and work as part of a supportive team across store hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Take ownership of customer queries, resolving issues and building trust.
• Work with your team to achieve store targets and strong customer satisfaction outcomes.
