Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ is seeking a Retail Advisor to help customers select from a wide range of products and services, including mobile, broadband and TV packages. You’ll guide customers on price plans, demonstrate new features and take ownership of issues to ensure a positive experience.

Induction sessions (30 hours over 2 weeks) will build product knowledge and systems understanding, with ongoing coaching to support career growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers choose from our range of products including mobile, tablets, SIMs, broadband and TV packages.
• Assist in finding the right price plan and setup for customers’ lifestyles.
• Showcase technology and features, including accessibility tools, to customers.
• Take ownership of queries, resolve issues and contribute to high store satisfaction.
