Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Retail Advisor to help customers get the most out of our technology. You will guide shoppers through a range of products, from mobile to broadband, and tailor price plans to individual lifestyles.

The role emphasizes trust, empathy and ownership to create memorable experiences for customers. In this role, you’ll be supported from day one with induction sessions and ongoing coaching to develop product knowledge, systems and customer experience.
