Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ is seeking a Retail Advisor in the West of England region to guide customers in selecting devices and services, ensuring they get the best value and experience. You’ll learn our products through induction and ongoing coaching, while building trust through empathy and ownership of queries.

You’ll work as part of a close-knit retail team, with flexible hours and a focus on customer satisfaction, target achievement and positive store dynamics.
