Job summary

ITC Service is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting and create qualified meetings for the sales team. You will work closely with Marketing, using HubSpot, LinkedIn and AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and craft compelling outreach.

You don’t need to know everything about the MSP sector on day one; a strong attitude, great communication, and willingness to learn are essential as you build credibility with business decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Experience with outbound prospecting and setting meetings.
• Ability to qualify prospects using a simple framework.
• Familiarity with HubSpot/CRM and LinkedIn for outreach.

Responsibilities

• Understand prospects, their business and challenges to qualify value.
• Proactively prospect via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Build and manage prospect lists with accurate data in HubSpot.
• Follow up with leads and create qualified opportunities for the sales team.
• Use technology and AI-assisted tools to improve productivity.
• Stay current with ITC services and messaging.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and messaging.
