Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a proactive Sales Support Associate to join our on-site team at our Banbridge HQ in Northern Ireland. You will engage with potential clients, support accounts, and collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Directors to drive opportunities and forecast sales activity.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in inside sales, strong communication skills, and experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Jira.

Qualifications

3+ years in inside sales or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or Jira.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Technical aptitude and ability to learn technology products.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: proactively initiate contact with potential clients to uncover sales opportunities.
Sales Support: assist accounts, provide commercial support for customers, Account Managers and Sales Directors.
Product knowledge: understand AV products and services and communicate features effectively.
Lead Qualification: evaluate leads and assess potential for opportunities.
Sales Presentations: conduct virtual sales presentations and demonstrations.
Closing Sales: drive closure of sales orders and meet targets.
CRM Mastery: maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Collaboration: coordinate with external sales team and technical experts to resolve needs.
Sales Reporting: generate reports and insights to improve strategies and conversions.
Customer Satisfaction: address inquiries and concerns promptly.
