Job summary

EOS IT Solutions seeks a proactive Sales Support Associate to join our on-site team at our Banbridge HQ. You will engage potential clients, support Account Managers, and develop knowledge of our AV solutions to drive sales.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in inside sales, strong communication, and CRM proficiency. The role demands collaboration with the external sales team and technical experts to meet targets and deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.
• Experience in technology sales is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, Jira) preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Client engagement: proactively identify and develop sales opportunities.
• Sales support: assist accounts, Salesforce management, and forecasting.
• Product knowledge: understand AV products and communicate benefits clearly.
• Lead qualification: assess interest and viability of opportunities.
