Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 3+ years of project/program management experience (IT focus preferred).
• Knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development methods.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource needs for IT programs.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
• Manage day-to-day execution of IT programs, tracking milestones, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks/issues impacting program delivery; implement proactive measures.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders including business leaders, IT, vendors, and partners.
• Communicate program status and milestones through meetings, reports, and presentations.
• Solicit stakeholder feedback to align with expectations and requirements.
• Ensure IT programs adhere to quality standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular reviews of deliverables to verify compliance with specs and quality criteria.
• Implement governance processes and controls to maintain transparency and accountability.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization.
