Job summary

Join Microsoft and EIMS—we're expanding the growth engine in tech sales. Based in Bournemouth, UK, this hybrid role blends in-office collaboration with remote work, focusing on France or DACH markets and Microsoft-powered cloud and AI solutions.

You’ll handle both inbound and outbound outreach, build trusted relationships with C-level prospects, and guide opportunities to closure with support from a dynamic, multicultural team. Training is provided, no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French or German as a first language.
• Good command of English.
• Strong desire to build a career in tech sales.
• Self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and curious.
• Demonstrates a learning and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• B2B inbound and outbound outreach (50/50) to book qualified discovery meetings.
• Build rapport & nurture relationships with C-level prospects in France or DACH region.
• Act as a main point of contact for clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Prospecting new clients to identify pains and qualify interest in the SaaS solution.
• Ensure warm handover of qualified opportunities to Account Manager.
