Job summary

Focus Group is hiring a Business Development Executive in Shoreham-by-Sea. This full-time role offers a base salary of £25,000 per year with commission and an OTE of around £35,000 in the first year.

• Ability to make 80-100+ outbound calls daily.
• Comfort with selling technology solutions (Telecoms, IT, Cyber Security, Mobile).
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday 9am–5:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Make 80-100+ outbound calls to prospective businesses daily.
• Pitch Focus Group's technology solutions (Telecoms, IT, Cyber Security, Mobile).
• Qualify prospects and book face-to-face or virtual meetings for BDMs.
• Manage activity and pipeline in the CRM system.
• Handling rejection, staying motivated, and hitting daily/weekly targets.
