Job summary

Lorien is seeking a 2nd line support analyst to join our Wakefield-based team. You will implement and support supply chain technology used at our Processing Center in the UK, working within the Global IT Function and I&O Service Delivery.

This role requires hands-on incident support and collaboration with internal customers and vendors to maintain IT service quality. The ideal candidate will have experience with WMS, RF handheld devices, desktop support, networking basics, and ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting supply chain tech in a fast-moving environment.
• Proven ability to work onsite with good communication skills.
• Exposure to hardware, software, and basic network concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical incident support for medium complexity technology.
• Collaborate with internal customers, Global IT teams and 3rd party vendors on IT solutions.
• Participate in IT Supply Chain Agile project planning and own project tasks.
