Job summary

Loomis UK is seeking an Operational Support Technology Analyst (Junior) to provide first- and second-line IT support across the Loomis UK Network – branches, service centres, vehicles and offices. You’ll install, configure and maintain equipment, and troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and mobile devices across multiple sites.

Travel across the UK is required; a full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support and technical support to field engineering.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows and end-user devices.
• Willingness to travel across the UK; full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line IT support across the Loomis UK Network.
• Install, configure and maintain equipment across multiple sites.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and mobile device issues.
• Support technology rollouts, upgrades and improvement projects.
