Job summary

URBN UK Limited is seeking a Tech Support Analyst at the Peterborough Fulfilment Centre to deliver high-quality 1st and 2nd line IT support for warehouse operations and corporate users. You will coordinate with UK/EU and US IT teams, own incidents end-to-end, and assist with deployments and problem resolution across multiple sites.

You will troubleshoot across Windows, macOS, devices, networking and cloud platforms, supporting M365, Azure/Entra ID and Intune, while maintaining thorough ticket

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an IT support or second-line role.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, hardware and cloud environments.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Intune and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage incidents end-to-end and coordinate with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Own incidents end-to-end with thorough investigation and timely resolution in line with SLAs.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, hardware, networking and warehouse tech systems.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Intune and Google Workspace deployments and configurations.
• Use Intune and Entra ID to support device enrolment, compliance and access management.
• Act as local escalation point for complex incidents and guide next actions.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and warehouse technology partners for timely resolutions.
• Support technology deployments and infrastructure changes across the fulfilment centre and remote sites.
