Job summary

URBN UK Limited is seeking a Tech Support Analyst to deliver high-quality first and second-line IT support at the Peterborough Fulfilment Centre, supporting warehouse operations, corporate users and remote sites across the Netherlands and offices in Brick Lane, India, Turkey and Vietnam.

You will own incidents end-to-end, troubleshoot across Windows, macOS, hardware and cloud platforms, and coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure timely resolutions and continuous service improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven IT support experience, including second-line support.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, hardware and cloud platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID and Intune.
• Knowledge of device enrolment, configuration and access management.
• Identity and access management fundamentals and security awareness.
• Excellent documentation and incident-tracking discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own incidents end-to-end with thorough investigations and clear updates.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting across Windows/macOS, hardware, networking and cloud systems.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Intune and Google Workspace.
• Help with device enrolment, compliance and application deployment.
• Act as local escalation point and guide next steps for complex issues.
• Coordinate third-party vendors and warehouse technology partners.
• Support deployments, rollouts and infrastructure changes at PFC and remote sites.
