Job summary

Loomis UK is seeking an Operational Support Technology Analyst (Junior) to support systems, devices and operational technology across our branches, service centres, vehicles and offices in the UK.

The role covers first- and second-line IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity, with travel across the UK and a hybrid working model. Salary up to £30,000 and 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support across multiple sites.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows & end-user devices.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line IT support across the Loomis UK network.
• Support operational technologies, workplace devices and mobile devices, troubleshoot hardware/software/connectivity.
• Install, configure and maintain equipment across sites; coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues swiftly.
• Assist in technology rollouts, upgrades and improvement projects.
