Working across multiple teams, you'll influence architectural direction, champion engineering excellence and support the development of talented engineers in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Proven technical leadership across complex engineering environments.
• Strong cloud-native, serverless, and microservices experience.
• Expert in quality engineering, automation, and CI/CD.
• Deep knowledge of secure software development and security standards.
• Experience implementing observability with logs, metrics, traces, and alerts.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex concepts.
• Experience coaching high-performing engineering teams.
• Hands-on with Java, AWS, Spring, Node.js and modern Agile practices.
