Job summary

Currys Business Poole is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Poole-based Business Contact Centre. This permanent, full-time position offers 40 hours a week (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm) with a salary of £26,561.60 per year plus a potential bonus of up to 10%.

You will handle inbound queries from partners and business customers, resolve issues across refunds, invoices, and billing, and strive to deliver world-class service while complying with data protection standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and in-house systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails and social media inquiries from partners and customers.
• Provide accurate, timely solutions while meeting SLA targets.
• Resolve refunds, credit queries, network tariffs, returns, invoices and related issues.
• Maintain data accuracy and comply with privacy requirements.
