Job summary

Currys plc in Poole is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the Business Contact Centre. You will deliver high-quality service to partners, business customers and store hubs, guiding cases from initial query to resolution with a commitment to world-class support.

The role requires 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with a base salary of £26,561.60 plus a performance bonus up to 10%.

Qualifications

• IT proficiency including Microsoft Office and in-house systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails and social media queries professionally.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries to SLA targets.
• Provide solutions aligned with customer needs while balancing business goals.
• Establish rapport and maintain data security and compliance.
• Ensure all queries are resolved promptly and accurately.
