Job summary

Currys Customer Service Advisor in Warrington (Birchwood Contact Centre) is a fixed-term 3-month contract, full-time role. You will support customers from start to finish, delivering high-quality service and achieving performance targets across 37.5 hours weekly on a rotating shift pattern between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with weekend work 1 in 4.

Start date: 26 October 2026. You’ll receive a salary of £26,656.50 per year plus a performance-related bonus up to 10%.
