HF Holidays Limited is seeking a Team Member at Derwent Bank, Portinscale, Keswick. The role involves preparing guest rooms and public areas to create a welcoming atmosphere, serving meals in the dining room, and assisting with Afternoon Tea delivery.

You will also support in picnic lunch preparation and participate in daily guest interactions to ensure a memorable stay for visitors. Prior hospitality experience is welcome, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

• Experience in hospitality or willingness to learn.
• Great communication skills and deliver great customer service.
• Ability to be part of a team and flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Prepare guest rooms and public areas to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Salary: £12.71 per hour

What will you be doing:

Working in our Derwent Bank Country House we provide a retreat for up to 66 guests who stay with us for guided or self-guided walking tour holidays. Your role will be preparing guest rooms and public areas, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. You will be the welcoming face serving meals in our dining room and adding to the charm of our hospitality by assisting in the delivery of Afternoon Tea. Our Team Members also assist in the preparation of picnic lunches, which our guests love for their outdoor adventures. Our entire team gets involved in the heart of guest interactions, and we all work together to provide an atmosphere where guests feel cared for and attended to

About you:
