HF Holidays Limited in Monk Coniston is seeking a Part Time Team Member to help deliver warm hospitality to guests staying at our country house. You will prepare guest rooms and public areas, serve meals in the dining room and assist with Afternoon Tea to create a welcoming, homely atmosphere.

You will work as part of a small, friendly team with flexibility for evenings and weekends, and enjoy staff benefits including tips, discounts, pension contributions and wellbeing support.

Competenze

• Experience in hospitality or willingness to learn.
• Great communication skills and deliver great customer service.
• Ability to be part of a team and flexible to work evenings and weekends.

What will you be doing:

Working in ourMonk ConistonCountry House we provide a retreat for up to 52guests who stay with us for guided or self-guided walking tour holidays. Your role will be preparing guest rooms and public areas, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. You will be the welcoming face serving meals in our dining room and adding to the charm of our hospitality by assisting in the delivery of Afternoon Tea. Our Team Members also assist in the preparation of picnic lunches, which our guests' love for their outdoor adventures. Our entire team gets involved in the heart of guest interactions, and we all work together to provide an atmosphere where guests feel cared for and attended to

About you:
