Job summary

HF Holidays Limited is seeking a Team Member at Freshwater Bay House on the Isle of Wight. You will prepare guest rooms and public areas, and provide a warm dining room service with Afternoon Tea to enhance our guests' stay.

Live-in accommodation is available; you must be flexible to work evenings and weekends as part of a close-knit team delivering memorable country-house hospitality.

• Experience in hospitality or the willingness to learn.
• Great communication skills and deliver great customer service.
• Ability to be part of a team and flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare guest rooms and public areas to create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
• Welcome guests in the dining room and assist in serving meals and Afternoon Tea.
• Assist in the preparation of picnic lunches and contribute to guest interactions across the team.

What will you be doing:

Working in ourFreshwater BayCountry House we provide a retreat for up to 77gues ts who stay with us for guided or self-guided walking tour holidays. Your role will be preparing guest rooms and public areas, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. You will be the welcoming face serving meals in our dining room and adding to the charm of our hospitality by assisting in the delivery of Afternoon Tea. Our Team Members also assist in the preparation of picnic lunches, which our guests' love for their outdoor adventures. Our entire team gets involved in the heart of guest interactions, and we all work together to provide an atmosphere where guests feel cared for and attended to

About you:
