Job summary

Rank Group is seeking a Team Leader to run a shift, brief the team, manage rosters within a defined zone and keep service moving for a brilliant guest experience.

You’ll lead front line service, hit KPIs for customer satisfaction and speed, coordinate breaks, coach staff in real time, and escalate issues when needed to maintain safety and standards.
