A leading UK food manufacturing company is seeking a Team Manager to oversee production operations. The role involves driving KPI performance, managing a team, and implementing improvement strategies. Ideal candidates have experience in food manufacturing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in people management. Shift: 4 on 4 off Working Pattern, working between 7am and 7pm on 12 hour shifts.
Reporting into the Department Manager.
