Aspirations Care Limited is seeking a Team Manager to lead a team of dedicated support workers across multiple services in Wirral and Ellesmere Port. You will ensure high-quality care and oversee operations between sites.

You’ll coach staff, review care plans, and liaise with families and professionals to support positive outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Driver with access to own vehicle (essential for travel between services).
• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions.
• Skilled in managing teams, developing staff, and driving service improvements.
• Passionate about person-centred care and positive outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
• A driver with access to their own vehicle (essential for travel between services)
