Aspirations Care Limited in Colchester is seeking a Team Manager to lead a team of support workers across multiple services, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for adults. A driver with own vehicle is essential for travel between services.

You will coach staff, review care plans, liaise with families and professionals, and drive service improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance and a culture of compassion.

Formación

• Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Driver with access to own vehicle (essential for travel between services).
• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs (autism, learning disabilities, mental health).
• Skilled in managing teams, staff development and driving improvements.
• Passionate about person-centred care and positive outcomes.
