Career Makers, Colchester now seeks a Team Manager for Supported Living services to oversee delivery of person-centred care. You will lead and develop teams of Support Workers, ensure high standards, and maintain regulatory compliance across sites.

The role requires a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification, solid health and social care experience, and a full UK driving licence. A rewarding package and ongoing development opportunities accompany the position.

Formación

• Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience in health and social care settings.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the day-to-day management of supported living services.
• Leading, supervising and developing teams of Support Workers.
• Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
• Supporting service development and continuous improvement.
