SGN is seeking a Team Manager (Repair & Connections) in Oxford with a salary of £46.1k–£57.8k per year, depending on skills and qualifications. The role is full-time with Hybrid/Office-based working arrangements.

You will manage both employees and contractors across Emergency, Repair, Connections, Replacement and Reinstatement, ensuring safe, efficient service and strong performance. A full driving licence is required with a 24-hour standby rota.

Qualificações

• An extensive knowledge of the gas industry, legislation, and related health and safety policies and procedures is essential
• Highly motivated with a flexible and positive approach to work
• Good leadership, organisational, diagnostic and problem-solving skills and be able to act on your own initiative
• Effective communication skills at all levels, within and beyond your own team.
• Committed to safety and to providing coaching & leadership
• Be prepared to do extra to support colleagues during high workloads and incidents
• Full valid driving license essential; 24-hour standby rota is required
